Simgenet SMG411 MPLS Router

SMG411 is a compact IP/MPLS edge router platform operating on SMGOS®, Simgenet’s independently developed and fully controlled network operating system. All protocol development, feature roadmap management, and lifecycle authority remain under Simgenet’s engineering ownership. The platform is positioned for access and edge layer deployments requiring lower port density while delivering the complete IP/MPLS protocol stack without limitation.

  SMG411 fully supports MPLS-TE, SR-MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, IEEE 1588-2008 PTP v2, BFD, and VRF-based service architectures.

Built on a PCIe-based modular hardware architecture, the platform supports 1G and 10G Ethernet interface cards. It is suitable for telecom rooms, ISP access nodes, energy transmission control facilities, and railway station technical buildings. As with all Simgenet hardware platforms, SMG411 provides the full protocol capabilities of SMGOS without compromise; its compact hardware form factor does not restrict software functionality, scalability, or protocol depth.
